At Penarth Marina we have a fully equipped boatyard for lifting boats and storing ashore up to 20tonnes. Our boatyard team our fully trained to provide a professional safe service when handling your boat. Whether you want a quick racing scrub / lift and hold or time ashore we can do it all.

Storage ashore

Storage ashore at Penarth

All our annual berth holders are entitled to 4 weeks yard storage at no extra cost. We also have the availability for any customers who want to carry maintenance to their boats ashore.

Our hardstanding is fully serviced with electricity and water, we can accommodate a range or vessels using our cradles or chocked on blocks and stands.

Boatcare

Boat Repairs

Penarth Marina boatcare has a team who can provide a wide range of services.

We care about your boat as much as you do. We provide a one-stop shop for all boat repair and maintenance tasks, from showers to keels, rigging to thrusters. You only need to make one call – we’ll take care of it all.

Rigging

We can lift masts up to 1 tonne with our jib crane. We can provide a wide range of services to masts. Whether its a minor repair or a full rigging replacement we have the experience and skills to carryout all jobs.

Boatchippy is located in the boatyard at Penarth Marina. Steve carries out specialist wooden boat construction, repair and renovation. Ask in the marina office for more details.

At Penarth Marina we are open to all contractors. If you have a particular contractor who you would like to do a job on your boat then please ask them to contact the marina office.
