📢 We're delighted to welcome the Mariners & Marras group to the Royal Quays Marina for the first time.

The North Shields based community singing group will be mining a rich vein of music from shanties to traditional work songs

Mariners & Marras at the Marina

This "rum old bunch of community singers" (their words!) are based in North Shields and will be at the Royal Quays Marina on Sunday 17th August, (12.30 to 1.15pm) to perform sea shanties and north east working songs.

You're sure to know many of these traditional songs, and joining in is definitely encouraged!
