As part of the North Shields 800 celebrations we'll be marking the anniversary of the official opening of the Albert Edward Dock (now the home of Royal Quays Marina) on this day in 1884.

You are invited to join us for a toast 'To the Tyne' and to 'Canny North Shields' at 12 noon.
