The Lifeboat Inn

The best place to relax and watch the boats float by on the Medina River. There’s room on the deck for everyone, and a great range of food and drink in this Free House. Visit The Lifeboat Inn.

East Cowes ‘Sit-Down’ Restaurants

On our side of the river there’s ‘The Taste of India’, and ‘Prego’ the Italian restaurant. Both are a 10 minute walk from the marina, close to the Red Funnel terminal. Pop into the office to grab a map! Visit Prego.

Just a quick Take-Away?

Then try ‘Samels Fish & Chips’ 5 minutes up the road from the Marina, or ‘Jade Garden’ Chinese up by the Red Funnel terminal.

East Cowes Cafés

Take a stroll to the East Cowes Esplanade and enjoy breakfast at the top-of-the-bill ‘Shoreside Café’ (just 5 minutes on from Waitrose) – or try the ‘Seabreeze’ or ‘Lunch Box’ in town.
